R W Holidays (also operating as Urbania Tours & Rents) (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you enquire about or book our Force Urbania rental services in Bangalore.
We provide chauffeur-driven Urbania van rentals (10 to 17 seater, including Deluxe Luxury and Maharaja variants) for corporate travel, weddings, family and outstation trips, pilgrimages and airport transfers.
We collect only what we need to quote, confirm and operate a booking:
We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN or card CVV to be sent over WhatsApp. Do not share OTPs or full card numbers with anyone claiming to be us.
We do not sell your personal information to marketers.
We share information only as needed to run the trip:
If you message us on WhatsApp or call our booking numbers, Meta/WhatsApp and your telecom provider process that communication under their own policies. We use those channels only to respond to your enquiry and booking.
Advances (typically 20–30%) and balances may be collected by Cash, UPI, credit/debit card or bank transfer. Card and UPI data is handled by the payment app or bank — we do not store full card numbers on our website.
Our website is a static brochure site. We do not currently run advertising cookies. The browser may store basic session data required for the menu and forms. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
Booking and invoice records are kept as long as needed for accounts, GST and dispute resolution (generally up to 8 years for tax records in India, or shorter if the law allows). Enquiry chats that do not convert may be deleted earlier.
We take reasonable steps to protect booking information. No method of transmission over WhatsApp, phone or email is 100% secure. Please share trip details only on our published numbers and email.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry data by emailing [email protected] or calling us. We may retain information we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons. You can opt out of promotional messages; transactional booking messages will still be sent for confirmed trips.
Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Passenger names of minors travelling with a family may appear on a booking only as provided by the adult booker.
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of our website or booking services after an update means you have read the revised policy.
